What Happened
A player from Malaysia says Instant Casino kept bouncing a RM 318.18 withdrawal back into their balance, more than once, and logged it as a deposit with no withdrawal record. The casino told them the beneficiary name did not match the bank's; the player says they sent a screen recording and a bank statement proving it did, and were asked for the same recording again. The player says they had passed KYC, used no bonus and had never withdrawn before. The casino never answered Casino.guru.
How It Developed
- 2024-10-29Complaint opened; the mediator asked the player to wait 14 days.
- 2024-11-06The mediator asked about past withdrawals, KYC and bonuses. The player said first withdrawal, KYC done, no bonus.
- 2024-11-13After the player forwarded the emails, a resolver invited the casino to explain the delay. The player reported a withdrawal approved that day, then found it had not gone through.
- 2024-11-20The casino was given seven more days.
- 2024-11-27No reply, and the case was closed as unresolved. The mediator suggested the Anjouan gaming authority.
Unresolved
Instant Casino never answered the mediator; the player says the RM 318.18 kept bouncing back and was never paid out.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing. The casino ignored the mediator. If a casino blames a name mismatch, send a bank statement showing the exact account name once, in writing, and keep that email; here even that did not move the casino.
