What Happened
A player from Greece says a €440 withdrawal from Instant Casino requested on 9 April 2025 never arrived, that daily messages got the same reply about a department checking it, and that the account was then blocked without explanation. They say they had withdrawn five or six times before without trouble, played slots only and used no bonus. Instant Casino told the mediator the withdrawal had been reversed and a refund would follow once it had a bank statement; the player says they sent everything, were told the money was coming, and then heard nothing.
How It Developed
- 2025-04-23Complaint opened; the same day the player found the account closed.
- 2025-04-28The mediator asked which games were played and for the casino emails; the player forwarded them and said no reason for the block was given.
- 2025-05-06A resolver invited the casino, which said the payout had been reversed and a refund would follow once a bank statement arrived; the player said the documents were already sent.
- 2025-05-14The player reported being told on 9 May that the money would arrive soon, then on 14 May that the refund was still not processed; the mediator extended the deadline and asked the casino to explain.
- 2025-05-20The casino stopped answering and the complaint was closed as unresolved, with a pointer to the Anjouan regulator.
Unresolved
Instant Casino said it would refund the reversed €440 after a bank statement, then stopped answering the mediator; the player says the money never arrived.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Cooperating fully did not help: the player sent every document the casino asked for and the promised refund still did not come. Keep the casino's written promise of payment and the dates; that record is what a regulator complaint will rest on.
