What Happened
A player says a €400 deposit to Lucky Block on 17 July seemed to fail, so they tried again and played with the second, successful payment. A day or two later they had the account closed. According to the player, the first attempt was still pending at their bank and went through on 21 July when their salary arrived, sending €400 to an account that no longer existed.
How It Developed
- The player says they sent support the bank statements and account details it asked for, but no refund came.
- Complaint opened. The player said they could not pay rent and that earlier emails had gone unanswered.
- After filing, the player got what looked like an automatic email from the casino.
- The mediator asked the casino for an update and warned that silence would close the case as unresolved. No casino reply appears.
Unresolved
No casino reply appears, and the page shows no refund of the €400.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing on the page moved it. If a card or bank deposit seems to fail, check with your bank whether it is still pending before you try again, because a held payment can go through days later.
