What Happened
A player from Russia says a 1,870 USDT withdrawal at Razed has been stuck since late 2025 behind a level 2 verification that never finishes. According to the player, at least four different proof-of-address documents, all showing the same address, were rejected one after another, and support offered no explanation or timeline. The mediator invited Razed to explain and got no reply at all.
How It Developed
- 2026-05-08Complaint opened, with screenshots of the submissions and support chats.
- 2026-05-12The player told the mediator they had been uploading documents since December 2025 and the address proofs kept being refused.
- 2026-05-22The player emailed the documents and support messages to the mediator.
- 2026-05-27A resolver took over and asked Razed to explain and send its evidence.
- 2026-06-15After a 7-day extension with no word from the casino, the case was closed as unresolved. The player was told to complain to the Anjouan regulator via the licence badge on the casino's site.
Unresolved
Razed never answered the mediator; the 1,870 USDT remains stuck behind level 2 verification.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing. Razed ignored the mediator entirely, so there is no explanation of why the address documents failed. The one remaining route named is the Anjouan licensing authority.
