What Happened
A player from Belarus says Razed cleared his identity and address checks but will not finish the level 4 source-of-wealth step he needs to withdraw a balance of about $700. He sent a bank statement showing payouts from a licensed Belarusian bookmaker and a statement from a crypto exchange in his name; Razed, he says, called these supplementary and asked for payslips or salary entries, which he cannot provide because he is unemployed. He also points out that his only deposits were about $60, made around nine months earlier.
How It Developed
- 2026-10-03Complaint opened, asking for a concrete list of what Razed still wants.
- 2026-10-06The mediator asked when level 4 was first requested, for copies of the documents, whether they show how the savings were built up, and for the full deposit history.
- 2026-10-14The mediator said the statements show transfers but not where the money originally came from, and asked for an explanation. The player said savings from past employment plus taxed sportsbook winnings, and crypto won at other sites and moved through two exchanges, and offered the withdrawal records.
- 2026-10-21The case passed to a resolver.
- 2026-10-22The resolver asked Razed to say exactly what remains unverified, whether gambling withdrawal records plus exchange statements would do in place of payslips, and how recent income relates to two deposits totalling about $59 from 2025.
Ongoing
The resolver has asked Razed what source-of-wealth proof it will accept from an unemployed player; the casino has days left to reply.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Not yet decided. The useful move so far is the resolver's question to Razed: name the missing piece and say whether gambling-withdrawal records and exchange statements are acceptable for someone without payslips. That answer is the current blocker.
