What Happened
A player from Bangladesh says Stake made them redo verification from Level 1 to Level 4 the moment they tried to withdraw, though they were already a verified Level 2 user. They say they passed the ID and face checks, but their electricity bill for the address step was refused, the account was permanently closed and a balance of roughly 3,400 USDT plus a small vault bonus was kept. The player says Stake spoke of rule breaches but never named one. They say the balance came from sports betting without a bonus.
How It Developed
- 2026-06-17Complaint opened. The mediator asked which games built the balance, whether a bonus was used, how long the player had been at the casino and which documents were requested.
- 2026-06-21The player answered that they had joined in early 2025 and were restricted within two or three months, and emailed their ID, passport and bank statement to the mediator.
- 2026-06-27The mediator asked for the approximate date of the block and the casino's messages about the accusations.
- 2026-06-30The player sent a private reply and clarified that the held balance was about 3,448 USDT in the main account plus over 60 in the vault.
- 2026-07-05The mediator closed the case: the closure was almost a year old, and Casino.guru does not investigate disputes older than that.
Rejected
Casino.guru treated the year-old closure as a cold case and did not investigate. No one ruled on the 3,400 USDT.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing moved: the case was turned away on age, not on the facts. File a complaint within months of a closure, not a year later; mediators treat anything older as a cold case and will not ask the casino to explain. Stake was never invited to reply here.
