What Happened
A player from Bolivia says Stake would not let them withdraw a balance of 30,000 bolivianos, and also stopped them using it in the casino or on sports, even though they had handed in the documents asked for. According to the player, earlier withdrawals had gone through fine, the money came from deposits rather than a bonus, and the papers sent were three recent utility bills. The casino was never brought into the thread.
How It Developed
- 2026-04-28Complaint opened in Spanish. The mediator asked for the withdrawal dates, past payouts, which documents were sent and whether a bonus was involved.
- 2026-04-29The player said the blocked withdrawal was two days old, that payouts used to work, and that the balance was deposited money.
- 2026-05-05The mediator asked for the casino's emails or chat logs; a week later the deadline was extended.
- 2026-05-22The player had emailed files, but the mediator could not open them and asked for them again along with the payout method and a screenshot of the withdrawal history.
- 2026-06-05No further reply came, so the complaint was closed for lack of response. It can be reopened later.
Abandoned
The player stopped responding after the mediator could not open their files, so Stake was never asked about the frozen 30,000 BOB.
What Helped
The case stalled on a technicality: the attachments the player emailed would not open, and nothing was resent. Upload screenshots straight into the complaint thread as ordinary image files, and include the withdrawal history page, so the mediator can actually read them before the timer runs out.
