73 cases on file where money couldn't leave a Stake account. In most, the withdrawal stopped because the account was blocked or sent back through verification, often right after a big win.

Others are payouts that were slow or bounced back, such as bank and mobile-money transfers.

21 ended in the player's favour, and in 14 of them the player confirmed getting the money. 18 were rejected, 10 after Stake said the player sent fake or misleading documents or was suspected of fraud.

26 closed when the player stopped answering, including 6 late payouts filed before Casino.guru's waiting period was up. 2 ended unresolved, including a $230,000 balance frozen, Stake says, at the request of outside authorities.

The 6 still open include a payout of nearly $48,000 pending since October 2026 and a crypto balance the player puts at about $1,020,000.

• Check whether your account itself is restricted before chasing a stuck payout — in most of these cases that was the real blocker.
• Finish all verification levels before a large withdrawal; several checks started only when the player tried to cash out.
• Give a late payout the 14 days mediators expect, then file with the request date and support's replies — and come back to the thread, or it closes.
• If a bank or mobile-money payout stalls, ask support whether it failed and went back to your balance, then try another method.
• Check that a crypto withdrawal address accepts that exact coin and network, and that bank details are typed correctly, before you send.
