What Happened
A player from France says they sent 2,974.33 USDC on the Polygon network to a Stake deposit address on 30 May 2026 and the money never showed up in their balance. According to the player, Stake support said the address belongs to a different account, that it could not tell which one, and that it could not help further. The player wanted Stake to trace the account and return the money.
How It Developed
- 2026-06-01The mediator asked how the player got the deposit address, whether it was copied from the deposit page at the time, whether there were screenshots of the instructions, and whether earlier deposits had worked.
- 2026-06-08No answer, so the deadline was extended by a week.
- 2026-06-15The complaint was closed because the player did not reply. It can be reopened.
Abandoned
The player never answered the mediator's questions about where the deposit address came from; the 2,974 USDC is unaccounted for.
What Helped
Nothing was checked. The key question went unanswered: where did that address come from? If you are in this spot, keep a screenshot of the deposit page showing the address, and send it with the transaction hash. Without proof the address came from your own account, a casino rarely acts.
