What Happened
A player says Stake emailed them an offer in January 2026: bet at least $300 a day for five days and get a $300 bonus. The player says they hit the target every day from 23 to 27 January and stayed away from poker, which did not count. The bonus never came, and support said the account was not eligible but would not say why.
How It Developed
- 2026-01-23The offer arrived by email, and the player says they bet the required amount on each of the next five days.
- 2026-01-28The bonus was due but did not show up. Support said the promotions team had made a final call and would not explain it.
- Stake told the mediator it had checked the account and found the player was not eligible. It pointed to a rule that lets it cancel any bonus at its own discretion.
- The mediator asked Stake why an ineligible player got the offer at all. Stake sent its answer privately by email.
- The mediator ruled that Stake had followed its terms and closed the case. It said the player could still go to a regulator or a dispute service.
Rejected
The case was marked resolved, but the mediator found Stake followed its terms, and the $300 bonus was not paid.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing worked here. Stake's terms let it cancel bonuses at its own discretion, and the mediator accepted that. Before chasing a targeted offer, ask support in writing to confirm your account qualifies, and keep the email and the chat.
