What Happened
A player from India says five UPI deposits to Stake, made between 1 and 13 September 2026 and adding up to ₹59,997.45, left two bank accounts but never reached the casino balance. Stake marked them as cancelled. According to the player, the casino said its payment provider never got the money and told them to ask their bank for a refund, while both banks say the receiving account was credited.
How It Developed
- 2026-09-25Complaint opened. The player listed all five payments and asked for the money to be either credited to the account or sent back.
- 2026-09-28The mediator asked for deposit-history screenshots and the support chats. The player sent them and said support kept giving the same advice: go to the bank.
- 2026-10-05The mediator asked for messages from the payment provider, bank statements from each payment date until now, and a full-page view of the deposit history.
- 2026-10-12The player sent statements from both banks showing the five debits, and a history page listing each deposit as cancelled.
- 2026-10-19The case moved to a resolver, who invited Stake to explain. Stake has not replied yet.
Ongoing
Waiting for Stake's first reply. So far only the player's side is on record.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Too early to tell. The player did the groundwork quickly: statements from both banks, the deposit history and the support chats. The open question is which account actually received the money, and only Stake's payment provider can answer that.
