What Happened

A player says they put 20 USDT into Stake, but the account was switched to withdrawal-only mode. They could not play, and could not cash out either, while KYC dragged on. According to the player, email support stopped answering. Stake said the account was restricted because random images had been uploaded for the level 2 ID check.

How It Developed

  • 2025-04-08The player deposited 20 USDT in two parts.
  • Complaint opened: the player wanted their money back or a working account.
  • The mediator asked the player for the total disputed amount and asked Stake for an update.
  • Stake asked for original ID documents, front and back, uploaded through the verification page, and warned that more invalid uploads could get the account closed for good.
  • The mediator asked the player to confirm the ID had been sent. No reply from the player appears, and the case was marked Rejected.
Abandoned

The player did not answer the mediator's request to confirm the ID upload, and AskGamblers marked the case Rejected.

What Helped

The case stalled because the player never confirmed they had sent the ID Stake asked for. Upload clear photos of the real document, both sides, through the casino's own verification page, then tell the mediator you've done it.
