What Happened
A player from Nigeria says Stake suspended their account the moment a 15,000 USDC deposit landed, before any of it was played. They had been a verified customer since 2022, with address and income checks already passed. According to the player, support first mentioned multiple accounts, then said it could give no further reason, asked again for three months of bills and bank statements, turned each one down, and after three days disabled the account for good with the deposit still inside.
How It Developed
- 2026-09-09Complaint opened. The player explained that a 21,500 USDC deposit the day before had been lost in play, and that the 15,000 USDC sent on 4 September was never wagered.
- 2026-09-09The mediator asked how the balance was built, what reason the casino gave and whether KYC was finished. The player answered all three the same day.
- 2026-09-24After a week's delay for the resolver's holiday, the mediator asked for proof: the deposit record, the multi-account allegation, the rejected documents and the closure emails.
- 2026-10-08No reply came in two weeks, even after a reminder, so the case was closed. It can be reopened.
Abandoned
The player stopped responding before sending evidence; the player says the 15,000 USDC deposit is still held. The case can be reopened.
What Helped
Nothing got tested, because the player went quiet before sending any paperwork. If you are locked out and cannot reach live chat, gather what you still have: deposit confirmations from your wallet, the casino's emails and the document rejection notices. The mediator cannot push the casino without them.
