What Happened
A player from Uganda says deposits through a mobile-money service work fine at Stake, but every withdrawal to the same number fails and lands back in the Stake wallet. By their account, three attempts in mid-May, for 50,000 and twice 10,000 shillings, all bounced, leaving 30,000 UGX stuck. According to the player, support first blamed the mobile operator and later admitted it was waiting on its own payment provider.
How It Developed
- Complaint opened after the third failed payout. The player said they had contacted the payment processor directly and had chat logs and screenshots.
- The mediator asked whether any earlier payout by this method had worked, whether a bonus was involved, what verification level the account had, and for the support messages.
- The player did not answer; the deadline was extended by 7 days.
- The complaint was closed because the player stopped responding. It can be reopened.
Abandoned
The player stopped responding after the first round of questions; the player said 30,000 UGX was still stuck. It can be reopened.
What Helped
Nothing got tested. For payouts that keep bouncing back, the mediator wants to know whether that method ever worked for you before and what support said in writing; answer those two questions and the case can go to the casino.
