What Happened

A player who says they had used Stake for over three years at Platinum VIP level reports that the account was suspended on 27 January with about $43,000 inside. Stake first cited suspected multiple accounts and said KYC would clear it. After the player sent documents, Stake said one of their bets was under review and gave no details. The player says they were then told to stop emailing for updates.

• The mediator asked Stake for evidence and later said it was in contact with the casino. Stake posted no public reply.
