What Happened
A player from Latvia says Stake suspended their account the morning after a 500 USDT stake grew to about 2,800 USDT on sports and casino bets. To get the money out they were told to finish level 3 and 4 verification. According to the player, three months of payslips and a matching bank statement were turned down with no reason given, after utility bills had cleared level 3.
How It Developed
- 2026-08-24Complaint opened. The player refused to upload yet more papers and asked for the balance to be released.
- 2026-08-25The mediator asked how long the account had existed, whether a bonus was involved, and which documents were refused. The player said no bonus was used and sent screenshots by email.
- 2026-08-27The player reported that level 4 was now approved, but support said the account still had to go through a review with no timeline.
- 2026-08-27Later the same day the player pressed the resolved button, and the mediator closed the case as settled.
Resolved
The player marked the case settled hours after level 4 verification was approved; the payout itself is not shown in the thread.
What Helped
Keep uploading until the level clears, then put the account review in writing. Here the final approval came about three days after the complaint went up. The thread does not show whether the withdrawal itself landed, only that the player declared the matter settled.
