What Happened
A player from India says three rupee payments to Stake, of 1,500, 1,000 and 700 INR, never showed up in their casino balance and were never returned by the bank either. According to the player, the bank called all three transfers successful and said the receiver had the money, while Stake support only told them to go back to the bank and would not share a statement of its own.
How It Developed
- 2026-09-07Complaint opened over the three missing deposits.
- 2026-09-08The mediator said that when a deposit never lands in the casino account, the payment provider has to trace it, which usually takes about a month, and that the casino can rarely do anything in the meantime.
- 2026-09-14After a short thank-you from the player, the mediator stretched the waiting time to a full month.
- 2026-10-03No further news came from the player, so the mediator added a final seven days.
- 2026-10-10The complaint was closed because the player went quiet. It can be reopened later.
Abandoned
The player stopped responding while a payment-provider trace was supposed to be running. Stake never joined the thread.
What Helped
Nothing was tested with Stake itself. The only step on offer was a trace through the payment provider. Open that trace with your bank straight away, keep the reference numbers, and come back to the thread when the bank answers, or the complaint will time out as this one did.
