Rollbit: Geo & VPN Disputes

7 cases on file where the player's country, or how they connected, was part of the dispute. In three, Rollbit kept winnings over a country it doesn't serve.

It paid a player in Austria about 1,294 USDT, which it described as their deposits, but kept about 4,000 USDT and never showed the mediator that Austria was restricted when they joined.

It kept about $64,000 from a player in Luxembourg whose logins, it told the mediator, came from Spain and the UK, and $3,200 from a player in Norway who verified with a Dutch bill.

In both, it refused to let the player verify again. Two other players say they used a VPN or proxy because the site was blocked where they live.
