1xBit: Withdrawal Issues

7 cases on file where a 1xBit withdrawal was refused or never paid.

In most, the request was followed by a blocked or closed account: one player says the refusal came half an hour after asking, and another says the ban came minutes after.

Amounts range from 300 USDT to about 8 ETH and 18,000 USDT. Players say 1xBit either let them take out only their deposit or kept the whole balance, citing a breach of its terms without naming the rule.

1xBit never replied to the mediator directly in six cases; in the seventh, the player stopped replying before 1xBit was asked.

• Screenshot the withdrawal screen and note the time of the request — several closures came within minutes of one.
• Ask in writing for at least your deposits back.
• Complain to the regulator through the licence badge on the site if 1xBit stays silent.
