Duelbits: KYC & Verification

7 cases on file where Duelbits' ID checks held up a withdrawal. In most, players say the check began only when they asked to cash out.

Two say the outside checking service showed an error. Support told one of them, who had won $11,203 at blackjack, to ignore it and wait for a manual review that was still going days later.

Another player says Duelbits said it was too busy to look at their documents. The largest, about $253,000, stayed in processing after more than 30 documents, including certified company papers.

One player says support never asked for documents at all.

• Finish ID checks early, before your first withdrawal.
• Ask support to review your documents by hand if the automatic check fails, and save the error screens.
• Keep a dated list of every document you send.
• Ask in writing for a date and for the exact document still missing when a manual review stalls.
