Lucky Block: Account Blocked

8 cases on file where Lucky Block closed or locked an account with money inside. Most came soon after KYC: one player says minutes after an email saying they had passed, another half an hour after sending a bank statement.

Players say the reason given was a vague terms breach or an internal security decision. In two, Lucky Block said the player had more than one account.

It returned a 9,500 USDT deposit and kept about 17,940 USDT in one, and kept $930 in the other, though the mediator found its evidence insufficient.

Three were rejected after the mediator saw evidence not shown on the page, among them a player who ran dozens of roulette tables on autoplay to collect tournament points.

• Ask Lucky Block to name the exact term it says you broke.
• Say up front if you ever had an earlier account, and ask the casino to show which bonus it says was abused and when.
• Keep proof of separate addresses ready if relatives have used your internet connection.
• Save your deposit records and transaction IDs outside the casino's app or Telegram bot.
