Thunderpick: KYC & Verification

7 cases on file where Thunderpick's ID checks were part of the dispute. In six, a withdrawal waited on the check: players say they sent documents the same day or within days, then heard only that it was under review.

One was told checks take one or two working days and was still unverified two weeks later. Others were asked for the same papers again without a reason, asked to resend files over format issues, or told their emails never arrived.

In the seventh, the player sent KYC and a selfie with a dated note, and Thunderpick then closed the account and kept $8,725.

• Ask Thunderpick to name in writing which requirement each rejected document fails.
• Ask for the exact file type and size it accepts before you send files again.
• Send each file as a separate attachment, and ask support to confirm it arrived.
• Keep a dated record of every document you send, and bring it to a mediator if the check drags on.
