Players say checks Gamdom called standard, lasting a day to a week, ran for two weeks or more; one such check ended only after a complaint, with Gamdom freeing the $329.43 left on the account but not refunding the deposit already played.

Players also say the proof-of-funds level sat pending for over 20 days in one case.

Some checks ended in a block instead: Gamdom called one account a KYC fraud case two days after it showed as passed, cited a link to another account after asking for a second bank statement, and cut a balance by about $5,229 after all three levels were done, then never answered the complaint.

A passport not in the Latin alphabet was refused until a complaint got a person to check it by hand.

• Ask for a manual check if Gamdom's automatic system can't read your documents.
• Ask in writing which papers prove your income if you have no payslips, before you send more.
• List every document with its upload date in your first reply to the mediator.
• Send the extra details Gamdom asks for during a review, or say clearly why you can't — one case was rejected without them.
