23 cases on file where Shuffle's checks came up at withdrawal. Players describe ID, address, face-scan and proof-of-funds checks, often all passed, and a payout still stuck in review.

Some describe documents refused again and again: a national ID turned down three times, every proof of address rejected by an automatic system, a school ID called unclear.

8 ended in the player's favour, often within a week of the complaint, though in 3 the page doesn't show the player confirming the money.

In 4 rejected cases, passing every check didn't help once Shuffle said the account was linked to others. Several cases closed when the player didn't send the mediator the emails or answers it asked for.

• Use a passport or national ID — a school ID was refused as unclear in one case.
• Do the face scan yourself; in one case it stalled after a relative had apparently tried it.
• Ask support in writing to reopen the upload or name another document if yours is refused again and again.
• Send the mediator your emails and screenshots the day they ask — several cases closed without them.
