BC.Game: Withdrawal Issues

19 cases on file where money couldn't leave a BC.Game account. Six were about payment methods: euro bank payouts and a provider in Argentina stuck on maintenance, two euro payouts stuck with an outside payment company, and yen payouts switched off.

BC.Game solved both yen cases by turning the balance into crypto with a code, and put the stuck euro payouts back in the casino balance.

In two other euro cases it suggested converting to crypto, and the page doesn't show if that worked. One player says email security codes never arrived; another says a payout was sent in BC.Game's own coin, which their wallet doesn't support.

In two open cases, a złoty payout was marked as done but never arrived, players say, and an account was blocked with a peso payout pending.

The rest stalled because BC.Game questioned the account, including about $97,000 held for a game provider's report.

• Ask BC.Game in writing for another way to cash out, such as converting to crypto, if a payout method sits on maintenance — that fixed both yen cases.
• Ask for a stuck bank payout to be cancelled and put back in your balance, so you can choose another method.
• Get your bank to confirm in writing that nothing arrived if a payout shows as paid, and send that to the casino.
• Ask support to move you to an authenticator app if email codes stop arriving.
